At The Tidy Knot, we take care to pack and ship every order securely. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: Available across India

  • International Shipping: Available worldwide

Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 5-7 business days

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Products: Dispatched within 5–7 business days

If a product has a different production timeline or it's a bulk order, it will be mentioned clearly.
For any doubts, please contact us before ordering.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

  • India (Metro Cities): 5-7 business days

  • India (Non-Metro Areas): 10-15 business days

  • International Orders: 15-30 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors. Once the parcel leaves our facility, delivery timelines are beyond our control.

Shipping Partners & Tracking

  • Domestic Couriers: Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and others

  • International: EMS via India Post and partner postal services

Tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

Customer Responsibility After Dispatch

  • Once shipped, the courier/postal service manages the delivery

  • Customers must track their order using the provided tracking details

  • For delays or delivery issues, please contact the courier first

Contact The Tidy Knot only if:

  • Tracking information is incorrect

  • Address needs correction before dispatch

  • Delivery is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeline

  • We are not liable for courier delays, failed delivery attempts, or miscommunication by third-party carriers.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and location

  • International shipping rates depend on EMS zones and package weight

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked “Delivered” but not received:

  1. Contact the courier/postal service with your tracking number

  2. If unresolved within 48 hours, contact us for assistance

  3. While we will support you, final resolution depends on the courier/postal authority.
