Clear photos/ unboxing video of the item and packaging
Requests made without an unboxing video after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A refund (at our discretion, depending on the issue)

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

Minor color or design variations (as products are handmade)

Damage caused after delivery

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Delays caused by courier or customs
