• We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

• Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivered product                             To request a return, please contact us with:

• Order number

• Clear photos/ unboxing video of the item and packaging

Requests made without an unboxing video after 48 hours may not be eligible.​

• Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement/refunds

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The original packaging is retained

• The product is unused

• The item is damaged during delivery or does not match the order specifications
