RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Used products

    • Customized or made-to-order items

    • Items purchased during sales or promotions

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

    • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivered product                                             To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/ unboxing video of the item and packaging

Requests made without an unboxing video after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Refunds

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund (at our discretion, depending on the issue)

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor color or design variations (as products are handmade)

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier or customs

Important Notes

  • Product images are for reference only; slight variations may occur

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing the order

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
